The site and the app

advant.co is Advant’s public site: marketing, insights, lead forms, hosted apply, and a remote MCP that searches published roles. The candidates app at app.advant.co holds your account, profile, resume, and tracker. Advant INC (USA) publishes both.

Hiring and applying

Submitting an inquiry, joining the network, or applying to a listing is a request that we consider you or your role. It is not an offer, an interview guarantee, or an employment contract.

Some listings show a company name. Some show Stealth. Do not treat a stealth listing as a named employer, and do not guess the client in public.

We can decline a brief, close a listing, or stop an application. We update the private status page instead of going quiet. That page is for you; do not share the token.

Candidates app

You need an account to build a profile and track applications. Keep the password private. Verify email before filing applications.

Upload only your own resume. Filing prepares resume and cover letter PDFs for roles you chose, then submits them with your profile answers to that employer's application form, either from Advant or through the Advant browser extension in your browser. With review before submit on, you press submit yourself. Everything filed is recorded in the tracker.

Diversity answers are optional and need a separate explicit consent tick. They never affect ranking and never go to employers in identifiable form.

Free includes a capped number of applications. Pro raises the cap. Web checkout runs through Airwallex and iOS through Apple. Delete the account in Profile anytime.

MCP

POST /mcp is public and unauthenticated. It only searches published listings. Display company names only — never internal source or referral fields.

Use it from an editor. Do not hammer it, scrape the site as a substitute for the tools we publish, or republish listings as if they were yours. We rate-limit. We can shut the endpoint off.

Your content

You grant us a licence to use what you submit (forms, profiles, resumes, messages) to run recruiting: store it, structure the resume with a third-party AI model, email it to staff, show it on your status page and tracker, and embed it for ranking when matching is live. You keep ownership of your own work.

Do not submit other people’s data you have no right to share. Do not submit malware. The honeypot is not an invitation to send us a website.

Liability and law

The site and the app are provided as-is. We are not liable for lost offers, missed intros, or third-party tools (Calendly, your editor, Airwallex, Apple, Cloudflare’s uptime). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and venue: USA. If a provision fails, the rest still applies.
