What is different about Ashby forms
Ashby builds each form from fixed system fields and custom fields the team adds. Yes/no questions are pairs of buttons, not radio inputs, and required questions are marked with styling rather than a plain asterisk. Advant reads both, so a required yes/no lands on the right button.
Advant finds the application tab from the posting link, so a link to the job description still ends up on the form.
